You Don't Have to Do This Alone

There’s something powerful about being in a room with people who just get it—who understand without you having to explain everything. Whether you’re joining a weekly group or diving deep in an intensive program, healing alongside others can change everything.

Connection Over Isolation

When you realize you're not the only one, the weight gets lighter. Shared experience has a way of making hard things more bearable.

Learning From Each Other

The insights that come from other people's journeys often land differently than therapist advice alone. We all teach each other.

More Accessible Support

Group programs and intensives make professional therapy support available at a fraction of individual session costs.

Real-World Practice

Safe space to try new ways of relating, communicating, and being, with people who are rooting for you and professional guidance when you need it.

Faster Progress

Intensive formats let you go deep without the start-stop of weekly sessions. Momentum matters when you're ready for change.

Belonging

Building relationships with people who understand your story. Sometimes the friendships formed in groups become lifelong support systems.

Weekly and Monthly Groups: Show Up As You Are

Our groups are professionally facilitated, trauma-informed spaces where you can be real. Not support groups where you’re on your own, actual therapy groups led by our team, with structure and safety built in.

Everyone’s welcome exactly as they are. Struggling days, good days, quiet days, talkative days, all of it belongs here.

KAP Therapy Groups

Small group ketamine-assisted therapy for trauma, depression, and PTSD. Comprehensive programs with preparation, ketamine sessions with therapist present, and integration work in community.
We work on:

Details: Weekly for 3-6 weeks • 4-6 people max • Consultation & medical clearance required

Monthly Self-Care Group

Nervous system regulation, grounding, and healing practices

A monthly space to regulate your nervous system and practice self-care in community. This isn’t talk therapy, it’s experiential healing through guided practices. While everyone is welcome, first responders often find it especially helpful.

We work on:

Details: Monthly • Open group • 8-15 participants • First responders welcome

Groups for Specific Communities

Sometimes you need a space designed specifically for your experience. These groups honor the unique challenges of specific communities.

LGBTQ+ Support Group

We talk about:
Details: Bi-weekly evenings • Open to all LGBTQ+ identities and allies • Affirming therapist facilitation

Men's Mental Health Group

Breaking stigma and building connection
Men are told to tough it out, not talk about it, handle it alone. This group is the opposite of that. A place where other men get it, and talking about the hard stuff is exactly what we do.
We focus on:

Details: Weekly evenings • Men-only format • Male therapist facilitation • Confidential brotherhood

When You're Ready to Go All In

Therapy intensives are for when you’re ready for more than an hour a week. When you want momentum. When you’re ready to dive deep and do the concentrated work that creates real shifts.

These aren’t just longer sessions, they’re immersive experiences where you can go further faster, without the interruption of going back to regular life every 50 minutes.

Individual EMDR and Ketamine Therapy Intensives

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is powerful for trauma. Intensive format means you process trauma memories without the start-stop of weekly therapy. Many people experience in days what would take months in traditional sessions.

Learn Skills, Practice Together

Some groups are about processing and connection. These groups are about learning specific skills and practicing them in real time with others.

DBT Skills for Trauma Survivors

12-week structured program

DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy) teaches practical skills for managing intense emotions, relationships, and distress. We’ve adapted it specifically for trauma survivors.

Skills you’ll learn:
Program: 12-week commitment • Weekly 2-hour sessions • Workbook included • Homework practice

Mindfulness and Meditation Group

Trauma-informed practice

Mindfulness looks different when you have trauma. Traditional meditation can actually be triggering if not adapted properly. This group teaches mindfulness techniques that are safe and helpful for trauma survivors.

What we practice:

Details: Weekly mornings • Open group • Beginner-friendly • 8-15 people • No pressure to share

What to Expect

How much does therapy cost?
We’ll discuss pricing during your consultation based on which therapist is the right fit for you. We provide superbills for insurance reimbursement. Contact your insurance to ask about out-of-network mental health coverage.
You share what you’re comfortable sharing. Some people talk a lot, some people listen mostly, especially at first. Both are welcome.
Confidentiality is everything. What’s said in group stays in group. We go over guidelines at the start and everyone commits to privacy.
We do a brief assessment before you join to make sure it’s the right fit and timing for you. Some people do individual therapy first, some jump right into groups. It depends.
Intensives work best when you’re stable enough to do concentrated work but ready for deeper healing. We’ll help you figure out if timing is right during a consultation.

Common Questions

How is a therapy group different from a support group?
Therapy groups are professionally facilitated by licensed therapists with specific training in group therapy and trauma. Support groups are often peer-led without clinical oversight. Both have value, but therapy groups offer structured treatment with therapeutic goals.
Absolutely. Many people do both, individual sessions for personal processing and group for community connection and shared learning. They complement each other well.
For ongoing open groups (like PTSD Recovery or Anxiety/Depression), you can join when you’re able. For structured programs (like DBT Skills or Complex Trauma Group), regular attendance is important for the group dynamic and your progress. We’ll discuss expectations before you start.
It varies by insurance plan. We provide detailed superbills you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement. Many plans do cover intensive therapy formats. We can help you understand your benefits.
Intensives work well when you’re stable enough to do concentrated work, ready for deeper healing, or need faster progress due to life circumstances. We’ll help you determine the best fit during a consultation. Sometimes people do weekly therapy first to build stability, then move to an intensive.
Every group facilitator and intensive therapist is trained in trauma work. We use grounding techniques, take breaks when needed, and always prioritize safety. You’re never forced to continue if you need to pause or step away.
Yes, with coordination. We’ll ask for a release to communicate with your individual therapist to make sure we’re all on the same page about treatment goals and approach.
