About Lost & Found Counseling

Where collaboration isn't optional, it's foundational.

In 2025, our founder Jessica opened Lost & Found Counseling to create a new kind of practice, one where collaboration isn’t optional, it’s foundational.

She brought together a team of trauma-trained therapists, certified coaches, and holistic practitioners who believe healing happens in community. When you work with one of us, you get all of us.

What makes us different:

We’ve been serving the East Valley as a team since 2019. Every therapist on our team is 100% trauma-trained. We offer 20+ therapeutic modalities under one roof, from traditional therapy to ketamine-assisted treatment to somatic and holistic approaches.

We partner with Mesa Fire Department, Gilbert Police, and local nonprofits because we believe mental health care belongs in the fabric of community.

Our approach is rooted in three beliefs:

Belonging First

Transformation begins when you feel safe and seen.

Whole-Person Care

We treat all of you, not just symptoms.

Trauma-Informed Always

Safety and trust come first in everything we do.
