Practicing since 2018 in comprehensive trauma therapy with experience in educational settings, agency work and as a clinical supervisor and trainer. She is also the owner of Lost and Found Counseling.
Jessica specializes in deep healing through mind-body-spirit integration work, combining traditional therapeutic approaches with holistic healing and experiential modalities. She also works from a person-centered model with emphasis on attachment and mindfulness. Jessica believes belonging is key to transformation and enjoys building a collaborative space of safety to allow for each client’s unique needs to be met.

With experience in business, helping fields and organizations Ryan brings a unique approach to healing focused coaching. Ryan offers support in a practical, client-centered and authentic way to help them achieve their desired goals and understand themselves and their relationships in deeper ways. Ryan works with individuals but is passionate specifically in supporting men and relationships. With a Doctorate in Theology and Philosophy, and a Chaplain with the Mesa Fire Department, he is also able to integrate spirituality support if desired into sessions.
For the first 10 years of marriage, Ryan felt like there was nobody in his corner. He felt like he was crazy. When Ryan began the journey of discovering his attachment wounds, survival modes, and unattended pain, he was able to offer connection, value, and safety to the parts of himself that were crying out for love and acceptance. This is what launched him into showing up in my marriage in healthy, connective, and valuable ways.

As an ordained minister, Matt can integrate faith & therapy, if desired. Though his background is evangelical, he shares he has a progressive & generous view of people & the Divine. Matt would happily walk with someone going through faith deconstruction, questioning, or transition. His own story of faith compels me to accept all people as loved & worthy, no strings attached.

In 2025, our founder Jessica opened Lost & Found Counseling to create a new kind of practice, one where collaboration isn’t optional, it’s foundational.
She brought together a team of trauma-trained therapists, certified coaches, and holistic practitioners who believe healing happens in community. When you work with one of us, you get all of us.
We’ve been serving the East Valley as a team since 2019. Every therapist on our team is 100% trauma-trained. We offer 20+ therapeutic modalities under one roof, from traditional therapy to ketamine-assisted treatment to somatic and holistic approaches.
We partner with Mesa Fire Department, Gilbert Police, and local nonprofits because we believe mental health care belongs in the fabric of community.
